Work With Me

First and foremost, I view every individual is unique so I personalize my approach to best serve every individual. I have four primary aspects to my approach:

  1. Assess Your Situation. It’s important we look at you as an individual so we can best serve your needs. We will look at your health history, personal challenges, and life circumstances to develop a plan that will work best for you as an individual.
  1. Lose Weight. This is where we examine what has been contributing to you holding on weight.  We will create change in your body through habit changes, nutrition, meal plans so that you gain the knowledge and know–how to reduce your cravings and develop skills to deal with challenges.
  2. Generate Energy Your body is designed to heal itself. We will address how to nourish and best support your body, better your sleep and reduce stress to promote healing. Exercise also plays a role.  You will develop mind-body techniques to encourage relaxation, stress and pain. 
  3. Build Confidence Each of these areas builds upon the other. As you build on one area of your health, the other areas follow. This becomes apparent in your confidence.
